Kuwait Navy, plans to buy cargo and supply vesselsnote

Kuwaiti Defence Minister Sheikh Nasser Al Sabah is still in London getting rest and treatment from a surgery he underwent weeks ago in Germany to remove a tumor from his lungs. Before his travel abroad, he is said to have been working on a project to buy cargo and supply vessels in favor of the Kuwaiti Navy.
