Saudi King Salman issued last night (26/2/18) a series of royal decrees whereby he made major changes within the Saudi military establishment. By these decrees, he appointed:
- Dr. Khaled Al-Bayari as Assistant Defence Minister for Executive Affairs
- General Fayyad Al-Ruwaili as Chief of Staff (CoS) of the Saudi Armed Forces;
- Lt-General Mutlaq Al-Azaimie as Deputy CoS;
- Lt-General Prince Turki Bin Bandar Bin Abdulaziz as RSAF Commander;
- Lt-General Fahd Al-Mutair as RSLF Commander;
- Lt-General Muzaid Al-Amr as RSADF Commander;
- Lt-General Jarallah Al-Olwait as SMF Commander.
