Qatar, France and preparations for new arms dealsnote

Qatari Ambassador to Paris Khaled Al-Mansouri is said to have recently been holding a series of meetings with French officials, including notably Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian and Defence Ministry Florence Parly. This comes ahead of a visit French President Emmanuel Macron intends to pay to Doha on 7/12/17 to meet with Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani.
