Chief of Staff of the Turkish Armed Forces General Hulusi Akar, who accompanied Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on his visit to Kuwait earlier this week, is said to have met with Deputy Chief of Staff of the Kuwaiti Armed Forces Lt-General Sheikh Abdullah Al-Nawaf and talked to him about a Turkish offer for an attack helicopter of type Atak T-129.
