Qatar: Emir Tamim, Tillerson and GCC summit meetingnote

Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani received US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson on 22/10/17 in Doha at Al-Bahr palace. Their talks are said to have focused on the GCC summit meeting and on the Saudi insistence to get it held without Emir Tamim attending.
