Saudi Arabia, Russia and localization of military vehicle industrynote

Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz, who also acts as Defence Minister, is said to be asking Russia to agree to localize a part of its military vehicle industry in the Kingdom as a condition to let an arms deal with it for Russian-made military vehicles go through.
