Iraq's Ministry of Industry and Military Industrialization (MIMI) is reported to be engaged in

discussions with Turkish Aerospace Industries for a transfer of technology (ToT), license, and joint production agreement.

This agreement is said to allow Iraq to manufacture the TAI Anka multi-role unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) locally.
