Egypt and Iran relations in light of the Houthi threats

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi is said to have asked the Iranian Minister of Foreign Affairs Hossein Amir-Abdollahian about the Iranian position regarding the Houthi threats to take military measures against the Egyptian Navy after it took command of the Combined Task Force 153 (CTF 153) in December 2022.
