Summary

The Qatari Ministry of State for Defense Affairs is reported to be planning to procure additional

anti-ship missiles (AShMs) to support the MBDA-made mobile coastal defense systems (MCDSs) in service with the Qatar Emiri Navy (QEN).

The Qatari Minister of State for Defense Affairs Khaled Al-Attiyah is said to be preparing a new order to strengthen existing MCDSs with additional AShMs.
