Libya: NOC, blockade on oil and gas exports

Summary

Libya’s National Oil Corporation (NOC) is said to have no intention to spearhead a physical blockade

of oil and gas exportation either through shutting down the valves or closing the export terminals.

This comes as political tension is growing tense in Libya with incoming PM Fathi Bashagha looking to take power and with existing PM Abdulhamid Dbeibeh refusing to step down.
