U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) Commander General Kenneth F. McKenzie arrived in the UAE on Sunday

(6/2/2022), and met with the Chief of Staff of the UAE Armed Forces Lt-General Hamad Mohammad Thani Al-Rumaithi.

McKenzie is said to have proposed Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) manufactured by U.S. defense companies, describing them as being “suitable” for protecting Emirati airspace against drone attacks.
