Qatar: What behind military donations to Mali and Somalia?

Summary

Earlier this month, Qatar donated 68 armored vehicles to Somalia. The vehicles are 4x4 armored

personnel carriers (APCs) of type Storm made by Qatari company Stark Motors.

This was the second donation by Qatar. The first one was in favor of Mali which got 24 APCs of the same type.
