Denis Muilenburg signed on 30/3/18 a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) to develop a joint venture (JV) aiming to localize more than 55% of the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services for fixed and rotary-wing military aircraft in the Kingdom. Tactical Report has prepared a 400-word report to shed more light on SAMI-Boeing agreement and tell what about plans to turn the F-15SA fighter jets in service with the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) from F-15SA Strike Eagle to F-15SA Silent Eagle.
