Iraq is said to be in the final phase of negotiations with France to acquire 14 newly manufactured Dassault Rafale F4 fighter jets.
The proposed package reportedly includes 10 single-seat Rafale C aircraft and four twin-seat Rafale B variants, all delivered in the Rafale F4 configuration.
