Saudi Assistant Defense Minister Talal Bin Abdullah Bin Turki Al-Otaibi met with the Chinese Minister of Defense Li Shangfu on the sidelines of the 11th Moscow Conference on International Security (MCIS), which took place last Tuesday (15/8/2023).
Al-Otaibi is said to have emphasized Riyadh’s wish to enhance defense ties with China.
