Interim Prime Minister of the Libyan Government of National Unity (GNU) Abdelhamid Dbeibeh held a meeting with Egyptian officials last month (18/5/2023), in which they discussed energy cooperation.
Note that Libya’s GNU refused Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s presidential decree last December demarcating Egypt’s western maritime borders with Libya.
