Oman, Britain and more Eurofighter Typhoons?

British Defence Senior Adviser for the Middle East Thomas Beckett paid a visit earlier this week to Muscat. He is said to have talked there about the importance of the Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO) buying more Eurofighter Typhoon fighter jets.
Tactical Report has prepared a 334-word report to shed more light on the subject and tell what about the Omani reaction.
Note that Oman concluded a deal with Britain in 2015 for 12 aircraft. A first aircraft was delivered to RAFO two weeks ago. [Briefly reproduced in TR Weekly Issue No 24/27 – July 7, 2017]
