US Defense Secretary Mark Esper and relationship with Saudi Arabia

U.S. President Donald Trump picked Secretary of the US Army Mark Esper on 18/06/19 to take over as Defense Secretary in place of Patrick Shanahan.

Esper is a former US infantry veteran and Raytheon Vice-President. This somehow signals a “business as usual” approach by the Trump administration with regards to arms sales to the Arab Gulf states, notably Saudi Arabia.

Tactical Report has prepared a 601-word special report to shed more light on Mark Esper and his defense policy with a focus about his relationship with Saudi Arabia, notably Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz.
