Saudi doubt about US efforts to end war in Yemen

Approximately two months after US President Joe Biden’s call to end the war in Yemen and the appointment of Timothy Lenderking as US Special Envoy for Yemen, no progress has been made in reaching a diplomatic solution to the war.

Meanwhile, the Yemeni Houthi rebels continue to target Saudi military and oil facilities with drones and missiles, threatening to expand their target zone to all vital facilities in the Kingdom.

In this context, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz is said to believe that President Biden’s efforts to pressure the Houthis to sit at the negotiating table are not serious.

Tactical Report has prepared a 429-word report to shed more light on Crown Prince Mohammad’s position on this matter.
