Saudi Deputy Defense Minister Prince Khalid Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz met earlier this month (7/5/21) with Chief of Staff of the Pakistani Army General Qamar Javed Bajwa.
Later the same day, Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan arrived in Saudi Arabia for a three-day visit, following an invitation from Saudi Crown Prince and Defense Minister Mohammad Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz.
The next day (8/5/21), Crown Prince Mohammad and PM Khan signed several agreements and vowed to reset the strained relations between the two countries.
Prince Khaled’s meeting with General Bajwa is said to have come as part of the ongoing talks between the Saudi and Pakistani defense ministries on possible cooperation in the field of military industries.
Tactical Report has prepared a 371-word report to shed more light on this subject and on the various fields of cooperation between the two countries.
