Omani Vice-PM for Relations and International Cooperation Affairs Sayyid Asaad Bin Tariq Bin Taymur Al Saeed, who also acts as Sultan Qaboos’ Personal Representative, is said to prefer expanding naval cooperation with European countries, notably France.
He is quoted as saying so at a recent meeting with the command of the Royal Navy of Oman (RNO).
