Libya’s National Oil Corporation (NOC) is said to have no intention to spearhead a physical blockade of oil and gas exportation either through shutting down the valves or closing the export terminals.
This comes as political tension is growing tense in Libya with incoming PM Fathi Bashagha looking to take power and with existing PM Abdulhamid Dbeibeh refusing to step down.
Tactical Report has prepared a 303-word report to shed more light on the position of NOC Chairman Mustafa Sanalla in light of the prevailing situation.
