Qatari Emir Tamim met with the Commander of the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) General Kenneth McKenzie on Wednesday (2/3/2022).
The meeting is reported to have revolved around bilateral military coordination in light of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
A set of military meetings are said to have been held between high-ranking Qatari officers and U.S. officers stationed in Al-Udeid Air Base, to discuss the consequences of a possible Russian-Ukrainian military confrontation.
