He conveyed a verbal message from Qatari Emir Tamim to Kuwaiti Emir Sabah Al-Ahmad.
Emir Tamim’s message is said to have been about a proposal to arrange a ministerial meeting for Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Iran and Iraq to discuss the Iran-US crisis.
