US Defence Secretary James Mattis paid yesterday (22/8/17) a visit to Baghdad during which he is said to have met with Commander of the Counter-Terrorism Service (CTS) Lt-General Abdulghani Al-Assadi to listen to his assessment about the ongoing war against Daesh in Iraq.
