Chief of Staff of the Kuwaiti Armed Forces Lt-General Mohammad Al-Khader received Director of Africa and Middle East at the French DGA defence procurement agency Stephane Pichon on 12/3/19 in his office in Kuwait.
Lt-General Al-Khader is said to have discussed with Pichon a set of military projects, including a project to buy attack helicopters in favor of the Kuwaiti Army.
