Kuwaiti Defense Minister Sheikh Ahmad Al-Mansour is said to be reassuring that the budget allocated for the purchase of the Ministry's necessary needs will not be subject to any cuts.

This comes after Kuwaiti Minister of Finance Barrak Ali Barrak Al-Shitan warned last Wednesday (19/8/20) that the Kuwait's budget deficit will increase.
