There is talk that Saudi Deputy Crown Prince and Defence Minister Mohammad Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz would like to reactivate arms talks with Russia, including notably the talks about the purchase of the S-400 air defence system in favor of the Royal Saudi Air Defence Force (RSADF).
